Ken McCray
Dr. McCray, as he is affectionately called by his friends, has experienced breaking those limiting barriers, and has touched the edge of his imagination, that seems to expanded at every touch; compelling him to stretch himself even further. From our precocious and precarious teens to our affable and multifaceted adults, all who have crossed McCray’s path have felt his “magic” in some respect or another.
McCray received an Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology in May of 1988, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Business, in May of 2005, in August 2011, he receive his Masters Degree in Change Management; and a second Masters in Human Resources in January 2012. Dr. McCray recently received his Masters in Theology. He has successfully completed a two-week intense Summer Leadership Institute at Harvard Divinity School, received a College Leadership Award and served as Board Member of Danville Crisis Senior Services, Danville City Planning and Zoning Committee, and the Danville YMCA Christian Emphasis Committee.
Ken’s life mission is to empower others to live life at the highest level, to assist them in the discovery of their potential, and to connect their potential to success principles that will result in the people maximizing the productivity of their lives.

Co-Pastor Lady Renee McCray is an ordained and licensed minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She serves alongside her husband, as Co-Pastor of Higher Dimension Faith Center in Danville, IL . She also serves as the Executive Director/CEO for the Christian Women’s Spiritual Fellowship, INC.
Co-Pastor Lady Renee McCray is the mother of two daughters, Victoria and Jasmine and son, Dominique and grandmother to Ayden, also she is a mother to Dunia. She was born and raised in Decatur, IL; fourth of eight children.
Co-Pastor Lady Renee McCray is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services at Lincoln Christian University Online and she also graduated from Danville Area Community College, on May 20, 2005 with an Associates of Arts Degree in Administrative Assistant Personal. She has attended American Baptist Satellite College focusing on General Studies. She also attended, C.H. Mason Satellite Bible College focusing on Biblical Studies.
Pastor Renee has also completed a variety of self-development courses and attended multiple seminars and workshops to enhance her Christian walk with the Lord.
Born and raised in the church, Co-Pastor Lady Renee’s utmost desire in life is to be a blessing to the body of Christ, especially women, to help them recognize their place here on earth, and to exercise the power and the authority that Jesus paid the price for.
Both Pastor Ken and Co-Pastor Renee have been married for 30 years and have
been in ministry for 30 years. They have experienced the wear and tear on
a marriage, but with Christ in the forefront, they have walked in the
Victory that is promised to all that believe.
